The ASG Parent and Child Show is one of two brands created and launched by us.  The other is The Food Show, a hugely successful event which celebrates its 10th anniversary in Auckland in 2009.

Such highly successful consumer-focused exhibitions illustrate the company’s ability to lead the way in a competitive market.   
For more than a decade, North Port Events has been able to identify influential consumer trends and match them with powerful marketing opportunities for exhibitors.

Dona White – CEO Dona not only heads the North Port team, but is also current  President of the NZ Chapter of the Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia.  Her experience in the local exhibition and hospitality industries is legendary and she brings this knowledge and experience to the fore across all the company's events. Gavin White – Director Gavin is a qualified lawyer, who made his career in commercial real estate before joining the business full-time. He's co-founder and Director of North Port Events and husband to Dona.  Gavin ensures everything runs smoothly from an operational perspective, for all Shows in all centres. Email Gavin

Rebecca Stewart – General Manager Rebecca rejoined the North Port Events team in January 2007 following a year away working on the international luxury travel market at Reed Exhibitions in London.  Previously at North Port Events, Rebecca worked across the board covering administrative, operational and sales roles. Now in a more strategic position, Rebecca is committed to maintaining and developing the reputation of North Port Events as a forward thinking leader in the exhibition industry. Email Rebecca

Kylie Stevens – Exhibition Sales Executive, North Island, ASG Parent and Child Show It's with great enthusiasm and pleasure we welcome on board as North Island Sales Executive for the ASG Parent and Child Show, Kylie Stevens. Kylie Stevens recently returned from working in London for a major exhibition company that runs amongst other things, a Show devoted to pregnancy and early parenthood! The fit couldn't be better. Kylie joins us at North Port Events with an enthusiasm for sales and drive to creating successful Shows nationwide. Email Kylie

Deborah McCullough - Sales Executive, The Food Show Debs is a self-confessed Food Show fanatic. She adores the event and loves seeing what it does for the businesses who take part each year. Together with Monique, Debs looks after space sales for the Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland Food Shows. Email Debs

Gail Lorigan - Exhibition Sales Manager, Fine Food New Zealand Gail has been involved in the exhibition industry for more than seven years, most notably in her role as Exhibition Sales Manager of The Food Show. Her passion and enthusiasm for exhibitions has lead her back to North Port Events where she’ll heading up the team involved in Fine Food New Zealand. Email Gail

Chelsea Byres – Office Manager and Special Features Co-ordinator Chelsea is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of our business, including office administration, accounts and client liaison. On top of this, Chelsea co-ordinates the special features programmes including the Electrolux Cooking Theatre at The Food Shows and the Entertainment and Seminar Programmes in the ASG Parent and Child Shows. Georgina Ferguson – Events Co-ordinator, The Food Show and ASG Parent and Child Show Exhibitors at The Food Shows and ASG Parent and Child Shows will be well looked after in all operational and administration areas through Georgina's efficient organisational skills.  Coming to North Port from a busy background of marketing, sales support and administration she's harnessing her experience and enthusiasm to ensure the ongoing success of the Shows. Christina Halavaka – Receptionist and Office Administrator The friendly voice you hear when you phone our office belongs to Christina. She is more than a receptionist; she    provides valuable support wherever and whenever she's needed, at all levels and across all areas of our operations. Email Christina
